What does this do?
The Understanding User Needs workflow systematically gathers insights about customer pain points, goals, and barriers to success. By analyzing feedback, simulating user interviews, and generating actionable user stories, this process helps businesses refine their product positioning, prioritize feature development, and craft targeted messaging.
